I had an excellent stay at Hyatt Place New Taipei City Xinzhuang as a solo traveler. The location is very convenient—just a short walk from Zepp New Taipei, where I attended a concert. The room was clean, spacious, and quiet, and I was pleasantly surprised to receive a complimentary upgrade to a King Suite. Special thanks to the gentleman at the front desk who went above and beyond—not only assisting with check-in and the upgrade, but also taking the time to recommend great local spa, which really added to the comfort of my stay. His service made a strong impression and truly elevated the overall experience. Highly recommended for both business and leisure travelers looking for comfort, convenience, and attentive service.

This hotel feels very new and well designed. I like the lobby, the coffee shop, breakfast location and speed of elevators. Feels well thought out. It’s open and inviting. The car entrance is convenient for taxis and loading and unloading luggage. It’s an 8 min walk to subway which is great.

We like the buffet breakfast. Selection was very good. We also appreciate the extra amenities (laundry, distilled water, microwave) at the 19th floor. The room is always clean. The beds are very comfortable. The staff are responsive.

Hotel still new, rooms are spacious and well fitted out Gym is bright and has good fitness equipment, view on the outdoor pool; 24/7 access which is great Free coffee station for in-house guests at hotel lobby

Great location with convenient access to the MRT and airport train. The staff are friendly and helpful. The beds are very comfortable, and the rooms are well-insulated. The shower area is spacious. I would definitely stay here again on my next trip to Taipei.

The room is nice and clean, staffs are very helpful. Will definitely come back again in the future. The hotel is not in the city center but it is still very convenient. There is a big shopping center about 7-10 mins walk from the hotel, free shuttle is available from the mall to hotel as well.

Love this hotel. Its in the industrial park area, so a bit far from night markets and tourist attractions but there's a good mall just 5 minutes from the place. Love the service and the room. Breakfast was also very good. Very clean and comfy.
